Great read..
Interesting one..
By the way,
Have you heard about the price cut off that Lion's Deal has to offer? They've got lots of great discount in their web site! Just enter the coupon code on the checkout page to get the discount 'online 10' which will give 8-10% off everything on the entire website with a minimum $50 order.

We have used iTeamwork, since 2007 and it has worked very well for us. Support does not seem to exist, but in all the time we've been using it (and we have several team members using it like crazy), the system has only been down twice.

There is the occasional database glitch, for example one day there was a message that appeared in one of our asks that said "Installed the kitchen yesterday". The message was dated a couple years PRIOR to our company ever using the software and appeared to be from some other company, a renovation contractor or something. No idea. We work in publications. This person was not one of our team members and there was no way to find our who he was or where he worked. So keep that in mind if you work with sensitive info. We just find it amusing . Toherwise, this application has been extremely useful for us.

Great product. TERRIBLE customer support. One of my team members had a problem signing in, and 6 emails/inquiries illicited one response that asked for the users email address, and then we never heard from them again. The one team member not being able to get in, made it useless to the entire team. I wouldn't recommend it.
