PROJECTS are the activities that result in some new product, service, technology, market or improvement in existing product or service or some innovation giving edge over competitors products. Thus, a project has three basic attributes INPUTS, OUTPUTS and SOCIAL COST BENEFIT ANALYSIS. The INPUT characteristics of a project define what project will consume. The OUTPUT characteristics define WHAT the project will generate. This includes production of additional goods or provision of additional services.
