The conflict which is mentioned is of no concern for IT Industry in India. Being an Indian I can say that democracy is deeply rooted in India at all levels. Also one evident virtue of Indians is their adaptability to their challenges which is I think one of the major contributor for the reputation of Indian IT industry.
