Should I Use The Services Of Consulting Companies To Choose A Provider?

You should perhaps read the discussion about Rentacoder in the other thread.
How do you find a good dentist, mechanic or electrical contractor? Much the same way. You speak with friends, colleagues in the same industry, associations, here, etc. At the end of the day it is about trust and relationships.
You need to know precisely what you want done for you so that the supplier can understand and deliver accordingly. Success has many components, but they all rely upon good communications.
You could try examining the list of most used Rentacoder coders and look at their histories...type of jobs, costs/sizes.

The best way to go about is through the references, maybe the good old word of mouth is the best policy. You can understand that when one promotes a company from the outside, especially through internet and forum guys like us, it helps, but you are outsourcing your business and this is an important vessel which carries blood :) thinking carefully and acting smart is the core focus here my friend....you can appraoch some local guys that are into your domain and learn about someone that they are satisfied with. There may be many companies in the Asian and European continents, and the best way i feel to go about is through references and when i mean this, it should be coming from some real good known source....infact let me search some interesting options and will keep you posted if i can find any....
