Project Management In Hospitality



Unregistered says : I will be thankful for your advice. I am working as a Sales Consultant for Hospitality Software - for both Front Office and Restaurant POS solution. Being a small sized organisation, the Project Management is on my head. And every time I feel totally exhausted and felt myself as non-planner !!
The resources ( installers ) normally comes from Europe,and the Hardware is normally purchasd from third party vendors. Rest all is from my office.

Is there any tools / templates, by which I can start doing this in a more planned way ?
