New version V3 of "Task Manager Mobile"

Reminder: "Task Manager Mobile" is an application (totally free) that I've developed to be able to manage my projects on Pocket PC (with Windows Mobile 5). It is for people (like project managers, coordinators, general managers/directors, project leads) who need to manage tasks and want to capitalise their experience and knowledge while doing so (it has an integrated Knowledge Management module). It allows keeping track of tasks over time, with possibilities to adapting and updating according to actual status.

This new version mainly adds the following improvements:

- Support for varying size screens
- Creation of projects now enabled
- Added menu bar (help/about and proper "close" to exit)
- Implemented delete functions for tasks and projects
- Improved integrated manual
