MSP Web Based VS Primavera VS Primavera Hosted

In France, that section of the company loves MSP Web because they can access it anywhere and they really need to be convinced to get on Primavera. I have calls into Microsoft and Primavera but can anyone give me their insights if they happen to have dealt with these products in their work life?
