Can anybody tell ..Iam asked to pick people for the analytical team and for construction phase for a development project, which skill sets should i look into while picking them.


Any suggestions and Ideas.

For analytical team: what will the actually do? get user requirements (than mainly domain knowledge and communication skills) or will they perform tech design?

For construction phase: i also need a little more details. What programming language, which tools, what method / approach? etc.
