Master Plan With Seavus Project Viewer

If you have dislocated the file from it’s original location, then Seavus Project Viewer can’t open the file. You must not dislocate the master plan from it’s original location. Try to create new master plan and don’t change the original location of the master plan. You should be able to open it.
